Contact channel
Authorities may contact GSM Phone Repair at gsmserviciosus@gmail.com. Include the agency, your name and role, official contact details, case reference and a precise description of the request. This mailbox is not an emergency service; call 911 in an emergency.
Verification and scope
We review the authenticity and legal basis of a request before disclosing information. Additional documentation or legal process may be required where appropriate. An informal request does not automatically grant access to private information or unrestricted access to GSM systems.
Devices and documentation
GSM does not accept stolen devices or devices reported lost. For a device dispute, identify the IMEI or serial number and request reference when available. Do not publish identity documents or case information in public channels. Requests to preserve or disclose records or hold devices are reviewed under applicable obligations.
